Are they real?
Are your fragrances genuine?
Yes. Every bottle comes direct from the house that made it, in that house’s own packaging, with a batch code on the box you can check. We don’t sell unbranded bottles.
Are these the same ones sold in Dubai?
Same bottle, same box, same batch code. We buy direct from the houses rather than through the grey market, which is why we can tell you exactly where everything came from.
What’s the difference between these and “inspired by” perfumes?
An “inspired by” fragrance is an unbranded copy of something else, usually with no house name on it. Everything we sell is an original release from a named house. Lattafa, Afnan, Rasasi and 23 others.
Why are they cheaper than designer perfume?
No designer licence, no celebrity campaign, and we buy direct. The saving comes out of the marketing budget, not the bottle.
Choosing one
How long do they last?
Most are Eau de Parfum or extrait concentration, so eight to twelve hours on skin is normal. Oud and amber bases last longest.
What does EDP mean?
Eau de Parfum. It’s a concentration, not a brand. More oil means a stronger scent that lasts longer. Extrait is stronger again, EDT is lighter.
What is oud?
Resin from agarwood. Dark, warm and slightly animalic, and the base note most Arabic perfumery is built on.
How do I choose if I can’t smell it first?
Start from a note you already wear. Rose, vanilla and oud are the safest places to begin. Or come to the Liverpool shop, where every bottle on the shelf has a tester.
Are they for men or women?
Most are worn by anyone. We split the site into For Him and For Her because people find things that way, not because the bottles care.
The bundle
How does the bundle discount work?
Add any three bottles from the bundle collection and 15% comes off automatically in your bag. No code to enter.
Can I mix brands?
Yes. Any three from any house in the bundle collection.
What if I buy more than three?
The 15% applies to everything eligible in your bag, not just the first three.
Ordering and delivery
How much is delivery?
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked is £4.95, Royal Mail 24hr Tracked is £5.95 and DPD Next Day is £7.95. Each one is free when you spend £50, £60 or £100 respectively. We deliver to UK addresses.
How quickly will it arrive?
Royal Mail orders usually leave us 1–2 days after you order, then take 1–2 working days with 24hr Tracked or 3–5 working days with 48hr Tracked. DPD Next Day orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm arrive the following day.
Can I collect instead?
Yes, and it’s free. Order by 2pm and it’s on the counter in the Liverpool shop within the hour. Bring your confirmation email.
Do you deliver locally on the same day?
Across Merseyside on orders placed before 3pm.
Returns
Can I return a fragrance?
We don’t accept returns for a refund, but unopened items can be exchanged in the shop or by post within 28 working days of you receiving them. Delivery & Returns explains how to send one back.
It arrived damaged, what now?
Send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it or refund you.
The shop
Where are you?
55 Houghton Way, inside St Johns Shopping Centre, Liverpool. Look for the gold neon sign.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Is everything on the website in the shop?
Yes, and a bit more. All 26 houses are on the shelf, plus stock that hasn’t been listed online yet.
Can I bring something in to match?
Come in and describe what you wear now. That conversation works better in person than any filter.
