Here at My Dubai by Miskyra, we offer same day click and collect, once your order has been processed and paid for, your parcel is normally ready to collect within the hour, however, if you need to collect sooner, feel free to visit us instore and approach a member of staff with your order number and name on the order, as we may be able to give you your parcel sooner. Sometimes during busy periods, or out of office hours including weekends and bank holidays, there may be a delay, if so, feel free to contact us via our messaging platforms for an update on your order status.

- DPD UK Tracked Next Day Delivery Mon-Thurs (Order before 3pm) - £7.95 or Free when you spend £100+
- Royal Mail 24hr Tracked - 1-2 working days from dispatch date (1-2 days after ordering) - £5.95 or Free when you spend £60+
- Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - 3-5 working days from dispatch date (1-2 days after ordering) - £4.95 or Free when you spend £50+
Once ordered, if you haven't received your parcel within the recommended time frame for the delivery method you choose plus minus a few days there’s a possibility your parcel could be missing. If you think your parcel is missing please contact us ASAP and we can get this looked in to for you. If you are over the date set by royal mail or DPD for an investigation then your order will become a void.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for a refund on any items.
How To Return an Item by Post for an exchange
You can return for an exchange only if the package on item is unopened. You can return for an exchange either via post or drop in to our Liverpool store.
Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us for an exchange:
1. Re-pack the item/items with packaging still attached.
2. Please put invoice provided in your parcel or a note providing your name, order number and what you wish to exchange for.

3. Return the package by either using the Post Office counters (ensure you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office), or you can return items to our Liverpool store at the address above in St John's Shopping Centre. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting as any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.
4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
5. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days for us to process your exchange.
Exchanges must reach us no later than 28 working days from the date you receive the item. We will not accept exchanges after this time has passed.
If the customer enters an invalid/incomplete address when returning an item, the return will be sent back directly to the sender. If this occurs, the customer will incur the charge of the original postage in addition to the charge of postage to return the item back to us.
Please note: If you have not followed the steps correctly during your return process, if your item/items come back to us in an unsaleable condition or your return has not been accepted by us you will be notified via email or phone call. If you do not claim your unaccepted parcel within 14 days of being notified it will be destroyed as the goods will go down as unclaimed.
If an item is out of stock due to a stock error we will contact you immediately offering an alternative or a refund.
